1937-1938 – Bulding of the Engine Plant. Start of activity.

1938 – Production of aircraft engines launched.

1944 – Engine Plant restructured to a state-owned company named WSK PZL Rzeszów

1952- The forging plant started its operation as a part of WSK PZL Rzeszów

1994 – WSK PZL Rzeszów transformed into a joint-stock company, fully owned by the State. The company name changed to WSK “PZL – Rzeszów” S.A.

11 Marca 2002 – The State Treasury sells WSK PZL Rzeszów SA do  United Technologies Corporation (UTC)

01 Czerwca 2002 – The Metallurgical Plant established as a business unit of WSK PZL Rzeszów SA

24 Listopada 2004 – The Metallurgical Plant transformed into a company named Zakład Metalurgiczny WSK Rzeszów Sp. z o.o.

16 Marca 2007 - WSK PZL Rzeszów SA sells the Metallurgical Plant to Mr Hugh Aiken

01 Października 2009 –ForgeX  Polska Sp. z o.o., a member of the ForgeX. Group, separates from ZM WSK Rzeszów.
