Our core activity is to manufacture die forgings. The plant capacity is about 5000 tons of forgings per year. Currently the output is about 3500 tons. The plant is equipped with an adequate machine stock. The plant includes 7 hammer lines (ram weight ranging from 0.5 to 5 tons), 3 press forging lines (1600, 2500 and 4000 tons), a free forging hammer (1 ton), a 3” upsetting machine and a ring roller. The batch material is heated in gas and electric furnaces and in an induction heater. This machine stock is operated by experienced and qualified personnel. Currently, 72 people are employed at ForgeX Polska.

ForgeX manufacture forgings made of carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-alloy steel, superalloys, heat-resistant steel, acid- resistant steel, creep-resistant steel and titanium. The weight range of our forgings is from 0.3 to 48 kg. The maximum length is 350 mm.

ForgeX Polska are able to perform other special processes such as heat treatment, destructive testing, laboratory testing, machining.
